By requesting service from Roadside Mate, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Services

Roadside Mate provides mobile roadside assistance including:

• Lockout service
• Tire changes (customer must provide a usable spare tire)
• Jump starts
• Fuel delivery (customer pays for fuel)
• Battery assistance
• Other roadside services as available

Availability depends on technician location, weather, traffic, and safety conditions.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate location information
• Ensure a safe work area
• Own or be authorized to request service for the vehicle
• Pay all applicable service charges

Payment

Payment is due at the time services are provided unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

Roadside Mate is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

SMS Terms

By checking the SMS consent box on our website, you agree to receive SMS messages regarding your roadside assistance request. These messages may include:

• Dispatch notifications
• ETA updates
• Appointment confirmations
• Customer support

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to purchase services.

Changes

Roadside Mate may update these Terms at any time.
